“立足单元 寻道觅法 有效教学 培根铸魂” ——奉贤区主题联合教研活动

为进一步加强道德与法治课堂教学研究,促进教师专业发展,3月18日下午,以“立足单元 寻道觅法 有效教学 培根铸魂”为主题的奉贤区小学道德与法治联合教研活动在上海帕丁顿双语学校顺利举行。本次活动由奉贤区道德与法治教研员魏敏霞老师携同工作室成员,上海帕丁顿学校教学校长崔子建,教学主任张建丽,奉贤区各校小学二年级和五年级教师代表一起参与。活动分为课堂教学和互动研讨两个部分。

课堂教学




第一节课,由平安学校张颖老师执教——五年级下册《9 人民代表为人民②》。张老师教学思路清晰,紧紧围绕人大代表为人民,引导学生了解人大代表的构成特点及人大代表的职责。《抗疫表彰大会》视频的播放,自然而然地引出了本课的教学。课堂教学中数据图表、饼状图和录音等教学手段让学生了解到人大代表为中国社会的进步起到的推动作用。尤其在引导学生了解人大代表履行“提出议案和建议”职责时,列举了国家从2003年开始提交多项议案和建议,从西部地区开始减免义务教育阶段学生学杂费,并将其设计为时间轴,在学生的脑海中留下深刻的印象。张伯礼爷爷依法履职的视频,让学生更加直观地明白大代表在会议期间和闭会期间的具体职责,深切感受了人大代表认真、尽责为民履职的崇高精神,产生对人大代表的敬意。

第二节课,由我校翁丽娜老师执教——二年级下册《5 健康游戏我常玩①》。本课主要围绕课文的两个栏目:什么游戏我常玩和游戏诊断会开展教学内容。翁老师立足于单元,以亲切的教学姿态,活泼的教学方式,利用课前游戏小调查,调动学生们的学习热情。翁老师关注评价单的有效落实,让学生活动前就明确自己的学习任务和努力方向,让评价落实到教学的过程。教学过程中的游戏介绍、图片辨析、游戏诊断的小组讨论等形式,激发了低年级学生参与教学活动的积极性。整个教学过程也做到了法治教育的有效渗透。短短的35分钟,孩子们大胆发言,思维活跃,展现了帕丁顿学子的风采。

与会老师本着科学、严谨的态度,对两节现场课进行细致入微地点评,并围绕本次教研活动主题发表个人见解。这次教研活动,搭建了一个交流教学设计、畅谈教学思想和展示教学风格的平台。

活动最后,魏老师提出了我们道德与法治学科的老师要继续加强学习,更加有效地设计评价,让评价发挥其应有的作用。平时的课堂教学中要关注学生情感和能力目标的落实,提高课堂的时效性。充分利用教学资源,激发学生自主学习的热情。重视团队的力量,相信教师间的团队合作,是推动全面进步的关键,促进教师个人和整个团队的良性发展。


本次教研活动,是承担教学任务的老师和学生的一次展示机会,同时也给全区道德与法治老师提供了一个很好的学习机会。我们相信在教研员魏敏霞老师高瞻远瞩的引领下,所有道德与法治老师将会继续鼎力前行,在探寻道德与法治教学魅力的行进中,继续践行“培根铸魂”的职责使命。

To further strengthen the research on the moral teaching and promote the professional development of teachers, on the afternoon of March 18, the primary schools held a seminar on moral teaching with the theme of "effective teaching and cultivation of the soul" which was successfully carried out in Shanghai Paddington Bilingual School. This activity was attended by Mrs. Wei, a member of Fengxian District's morals researching team, together with members of the staff, Vice-principal Mr. Cui, primary department teaching director Mrs. Zhang, and representatives of grade two and grade five teachers of the primary schools in Fengxian District. The activity was divided into two parts: class teaching and interactive discussion.

The first lesson was taught by Teacher Miss Zhang from Ping An School. Her lesson was entitled "People's Representatives". Teacher Zhang's teaching ideas are clear, closely focusing on the people's congress representatives as the people, and guiding students to understand the characteristics of the NPC deputies and their responsibilities. The video broadcast of the "Anti-epidemic Commendation Conference" naturally led to the teaching of this lesson. Teaching aids such as data charts, pie charts, and audio recordings allows students to understand the role of NPC deputies in the advancement of Chinese society. In particular, when guiding students to understand the NPC deputies to perform the duty of "making proposals and suggestions", they listed several proposals submitted by the country since 2003, and began to reduce or exempt students' tuition and miscellaneous fees for compulsory education in the western region, and designed a timeline. The video of Grandpa Zhang Boli performing his duties allows students to more intuitively understand their specific duties, and deeply feel the noble spirit of the deputies of the National People's Congress to perform their duties seriously and conscientiously for the people, and generate respect for the deputies of the National People's Congress.

The second class was taught by our school teacher Mrs. Weng from the second-grade. Her lesson was entitled “Health Games I often play". This lesson mainly revolved around what games I often play and game diagnosis which develop teaching content. Based on the unit, Mrs. Weng used a kind teaching style and a lively teaching method to mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning. Teacher Weng pays attention to the effective implementation of the evaluation sheet, allowing students to clarify their learning tasks and direction of efforts before the activities so that the evaluation can be implemented in the teaching process. The game introduction, picture analysis, and group discussion stimulated the enthusiasm of the lower grade students to participate in teaching activities. The entire teaching process has also achieved effective penetration of legal education. In just 35 minutes, the children spoke boldly and thought actively, showing the demeanor of Paddington students.

Vice President Mr. Cui warmly welcomed the teachers who came to our school to participate in the activities.

With a scientific and rigorous attitude, the participating teachers made detailed comments on the two classes and expressed their personal opinions. This teaching and research activity has built a platform to exchange teaching designs, discussions about teaching ideas and teaching styles.

At the end of the activity, Mrs. Wei proposed that our teachers should continue to strengthen their learning, and design evaluations more effectively. In ordinary teaching, we should pay attention to the implementation of students' emotional and ability goals, and improve timeliness. Make full use of teaching resources to stimulate students' enthusiasm for independent learning. Attach importance to the power and believe that teamwork among teachers is the key to promoting overall progress and promoting the healthy development of the individual teachers and the entire team.

This activity is an opportunity for teachers and students, and it also provides a good learning event for teachers. We believe that under the far-sighted guidance of the teacher Mrs. Wei, all morals teachers will continue to work hard and continue to practice the teaching mission.
