金秋九月、丹桂飘香。在这迷人的九月，帕丁顿迎来了一批新进教师，为了提高新进教师的课堂教学组织能力，全面促进新进教师快速成长，使新进教师能够尽快融入帕丁顿这个大家庭，我校中学部开展了为期两周的新进教师亮相课活动。

In this charming September, Shanghai Paddington Bilingual School welcome a batch of new teachers. In order to improve the new teachers' teaching organization ability and promote their development, which can help the new teachers integrate into the our Paddington family, from September 26th to September 17th , our school carried out a two-week new teacher demonstration class activity.

本次活动中学部进行了周密的安排，制定了详细的活动方案，并依托教研组，发挥同伴互助、集思广益的作用，形成务本求实，不断进取的学习共同体。要求各参与教师精心设计教学过程，恰当运用教育资源进行授课；要求各教研组教师按时进课堂听课、观课、课后认真组织评课。

The school made a thorough arrangement and formulated a detailed program for this activity. And the teaching and research group played the role of peer assistance.

活动中，新进教师在教研组老师们的帮助下，课前精心备课、磨课、反复推敲，课上沉着冷静、落落大方，充分展现了老师们的专业素养。他们精心设计的教学课件、具体明确的教学目标以及适时的引导和评价，让课堂更加有趣、有序、有效。

During the activity, the new teachers prepared their lessons carefully before class and showed their calmness in class, which fully demonstrated their professional qualities.

展示过程中，老师们或引导学生大胆质疑、或引领学生寻找恰当的切入点进入文本、或与学生一起徜徉于知识的海洋，每节课都有不同的精彩，每个人都有累累的收获。

In the process of presentation, teachers may lead students to ask questions boldly, or lead students to find an appropriate entry point into the text. 

亮相课结束后，各教研组组织教师开展研讨，对新进教师的课堂进行了点评，通过评课进一步激发了大家对好课标准的的思考，也促进了教学智慧的生成。

After the class, the teaching and research group organized teachers to carry out a discussion on the new teacher's classroom comments.

新进教师展示课已成为我校的一个传统教学活动，它是摇篮，推动着新进教师茁壮成长；它是契机，促进新进教师不断提高业务水平；它是动力，激励新进教师始终保持积极探究的精神！相信，通过学校的用心培养和新进教师自身的不懈努力，他们一定会快速成为帕丁顿教师队伍中的优秀一员。

The demonstration class from new teachers has become a traditional teaching activity in our school. It is believed that through the careful cultivation of the school and the unremitting efforts of the new teachers themselves, they will quickly become an excellent member of the Paddington teaching staff.
