4月4日上午,奉贤区政治教研活动在我校举行，区教研员张世扬老师和全区高三政治教师聚集我校,共同观摩和研讨我校张静静老师执教的《我国现阶段的分配制度》。本次活动主要分为三个环节：公开课展示、课后研讨以及全区高三政治等级考二模质量分析与研讨。

On April 4th, Fengxian politics teaching and research activity was held in our school. Mr.Zhang and all politics teachers of senior three in Fengxian district gathered together in our school to observe and discuss the class “The distribution system at the present stage” taught by teacher Zhang jingjing of our school. This activity is mainly divided into three parts: observation class, after-class discussion and the quality analysis and discussion of the second simulation examination of the senior three students.

 首先进行的是张静静老师的展示课，在讲授我国现阶段分配制度中,张老师以刚刚过去的时政两会为切入点导入新课，然后通过选取《乡村爱情故事》的情景结合教学内容，设置问题，再通过两位学生演绎精彩片段，既活跃了课堂气氛，又使学生在轻松愉快的氛围中学习了我国的分配制度。紧接着张老师又通过现场采访，关注到每个学生对知识的理解与掌握情况，最后再通过当堂练习，及时反馈和巩固本课知识。课后,全体参与听课的政治教师在一起评课，教研员和老师们都对这节课给予了高度评价和充分肯定：教学准备充分,教学思路清晰，教学设计有创造性，情景选取贴切，问题设置层层递进等等，同时也给这节课如何改进提出了很多宝贵建议：要用好选取的情景，教师的语言可以再精炼些等。

The teaching and research activity was successfully supported by the Fengxian education researcher of politics and school leaders. The successful holding of this activity has built a good platform for the teachers in our school to learn and communicate, further optimized the classroom teaching, and formed a good atmosphere of learning from each other and making progress together.
