厉兵秣马处,扬帆起航时——全员导师制背景下教师家庭教育指导的专业发展



新时代背景下,教育面向的群体在发生变化,教师面对的不只是班上的学生,还有学生背后的家长和整个家庭,“家—校—社”共育显得尤为重要。5月14日下午,上海帕丁顿双语学校非常荣幸地邀请到了奉贤教师进修学院戴宏娟老师为全体教师解读了在全员导师制背景下,教师家庭教育指导的专业发展方面的疑惑。

Under the new era, the group of education is changing. Teachers are not only facing students in class, but also parents and families behind them. It is very important to jointly educate family school society. On the afternoon of May 14, Shanghai Paddington Bilingual School was very honored to invite Dai Hongjuan, a teacher of Fengxian teachers' advanced education college, to explain the doubts about the professional development of family education guidance under the background of full tutoring system.




千姿百态的家庭带来了家庭结构的多元,多种因素对教师的育人工作提出了挑战。戴老师从教师日常生活中遇到的案例娓娓道来,让老师们感到既熟悉又亲切。会议从以下几个方面展开:

The diverse family brings the family structure pluralism, and many factors challenge the teacher's education. She tells the cases in Teachers' daily life, which makes teachers feel familiar and friendly. The meeting was held in the following aspects:


一、 坚持“公益为先、儿童为本、

家长主体”的基本价值取向。


我国的家庭教育指导在多元主体之间的冲突与矛盾之中,要坚持公益为先。尊重儿童的人格与权益、年龄、个性等特点的基础上全面发展。充分尊重家长的主体地位,为家长提供有针对性的服务。

The guidance of family education in China is in the conflict and contradiction among the multi subjects, and public welfare should be the first. The development of children is based on respect for the characteristics of children's rights, age and personality. We should fully respect the main position of parents and provide targeted services for parents.

二、教师专业指导素质的提高  



首先,教师要掌握儿童心理学、家庭教育学等方面的专业知识和基本理论。其次,教师综合各方面因素,根据实践做出相对明确的判断和对策,解决问题的同时丰富自己的实践知识。再次,教师有发现问题的敏感度,善于反思。

First, teachers should master the professional knowledge and basic theories in children psychology, family pedagogy and so on. Secondly, teachers make relatively clear judgments and countermeasures according to practice, and enrich their practical knowledge while solving problems. Thirdly, teachers have the sensitivity to find problems and are good at reflection.

三、换位思考,有效沟通  

一个个发生在身边的案例让我们感到非常熟悉,而智慧的处理方法为我们指点迷津。同样的事情,不同的表述方法,做到了有效沟通的同时还收获了家长的支持。让在场教师受益匪浅。

We are familiar the cases that happened around us , and the intelligent treatment method can be our guide. The same thing, different ways of expression, achieve effective communication, but also gain support from parents. It is a great benefit for the teachers present.

四、做学生的“良师”,家长的“益友”  

与学生之间建立良好的沟通氛围,为每个学生提供陪伴式关怀与指导;与所指导的家长建立协同合作的家校关系,开展科学、有效的家校沟通和家庭教育指导。

We should establish a good communication atmosphere with students, provide company care and guidance for each student, establish cooperative family school relationship with the parents under guidance, and carry out scientific and effective home school communication and family education guidance.

未来时代:境界就是力量,觉悟就是财富。家庭教育关乎国家教育的未来,教师作为家庭教育的引导者,也将为新时代的家庭教育写下浓墨重彩的一笔。
