“代理小班主任”活动使代理小班主任们明确了自身的职责与工作方向，提升了他们的管理水平，激励他们发挥模范带头作用，为创建帕丁顿校园良好的学风、校风、班风而添砖加瓦，贡献自己的一份力量。

In order to set an example，giving full play to the role of acting class masters in ideological guidance, study style cultivation and personality shaping, our school solemnly launched the ‘acting class teachers’ activity in the fifth ‘Class Teachers' Day’. The class teachers are responsible for the routine management of the class, so as to experience how to manage the class personally.

These lovely little class teachers, they are the right little helpers of teachers and the best in the class. They are our example and the beacon of our progress. We are willing to share the puzzles in study and the problems in life. Class health, eye exercises, team gathering, dining in canteens, class cadre meetings, class meetings and so on, they finish each task carefully.
