“教书与育人并重 初心与使命同行” ——上海帕丁顿双语学校第五届“班主任节”开幕式

如果有一种力量可以指引人生的方向,这其中一定有他们的光芒;如果有一种声音可以影响一个人的思想,这其中一定有他们的嘹亮。他们就像一座灯塔,无论在黑夜的疾风骤雨里,还是在白昼的风和日丽中,都始终屹立!他们就是教师群体中最特殊的那一个——班主任。每年三月,帕丁顿双语学校的学子们都会将感恩与祝福谱写成最暖的赞歌,献礼这群最可爱的人。


上海帕丁顿双语学校第五届“班主任节“开幕式在党支部副书记诸海萍的温馨话语中温暖拉开。

     41名班主任手捧献花在41名学生引导下,缓缓从队伍中走到台前,一句句质朴的话语道出班主任平凡而不平庸的点滴工作。



随后41位班主任老师在诸书记的带领下进行宣誓,坚守初心,笃定使命,为人师表,爱岗敬业。



最后诸书记把班主任节方案进行了解读:本次班主任节学生层面开展感念班主任优秀小故事征集活动、“代理小班主任”等活动;班主任方面,结合建党100周年,开展“颂建党百年,做时代新人”主题班会评比活动,同时关注班主任工作中碰到的一些困惑和难题,汇聚班主任在实践与管理中的经验和智慧,开展班主任管理工作困惑的对策征文评比活动。最后挖掘班主任管理工作中的闪光点,通过评选“最    班主任”(最用心、最耐心、最知心……),树立典型,引导鼓励班主任们在岗位上挥洒才智,将个人良好的修养、高尚的人格与无私的关爱相融合,在教育这个大舞台上、在班级这个大家园中演奏出美妙绝伦的华章。

开展“班主任节”活动,是学校师生对班主任工作的肯定和感谢,也是对班主任的期待和祝愿。期待我校班主任们继续以良好的修养、崇高的境界和高尚的人格助推学校取得更好的发展,让我们一起来看看他们的风采吧……

If there is a power to guide the direction of life, there must be theirs; if there is a voice that can affect a person's thoughts, there must be theirs. They are like lighthouses, standing in the storm of night or in the wind ! They are the most special group of teachers - the head teacher. Every March, the students of Paddington Bilingual School will compose gratitude and blessings  to the most lovely people.

The opening ceremony of the fifth  "Class Teacher's Day" of Shanghai Paddington Bilingual School was warmly opened in the warm words by Mrs Zhu.

41 class teachers holding flowers and presenting flowers under the guidance of 41 students, slowly walked from the team to the front of the stage, and the simple words spoke out the ordinary but not mediocre work of the class teachers.

Then they swear, adhere to the original aspiration, determined the mission, stood by others, loved their jobs and dedicated themselves to their jobs.

Finally, Mrs Zhu explained the plan of the class teacher's Day:We carried out activities such as collecting excellent small stories of class teachers and acting as small class directors;  we carried out the class meeting evaluation activities on the theme of "praise the party building for 100 years, be new to the times", and pay attention to some puzzles and difficulties encountered in the work of the class teachers. Gather the experience and wisdom of the class teacher in practice and management, and carry out the evaluation activities . Finally, we will select the "most attentive, patient and most intimate..." set up a model, guide and encourage the class teacher to use their talents in their posts, and put the individual good self-cultivation and nobleness. The combination of personality and selfless care, on the big stage of education,  played more wonderful .

Carrying out the "Class Teacher's Day" activity is the affirmation and gratitude of the school teachers and students for the work of the head teacher, and also the expectation and wish for the head teachers.We wish them promote our school to achieve better development with good self-cultivation and noble personality. Let’s appreciate their styles....
