2019年9月6日上午10点，堪培拉大学应邀来到上海帕丁顿双语学校进行学术交流。堪培拉大学 Erin Hinton、 Jess Karchinsky、Mike Ferguson、 Nick Anasson、Sophie LU一行人在我校书记顾行健、副书记诸海萍的陪同下参观了帕丁顿。

At 10:00amn on September 6th, 2019, the distinguished guests from University of Canberra visited Shanghai Paddington bilingual School for academic exchange. They are Ms. Erin Hinton, Ms. Jess Karchinsky, Mr. Mike Ferguson, Mr. Nick Anasson.Ms Sophie Lu our vice-principal Gu Xingjian and vice-principal Zhu Haiping shows them around Paddington.

堪培拉大学是澳大利亚新兴大学之一，前身可以追述到1967年，澳大利亚建立的第一所专门为高等职业教育和英语培训而建设的学院。1990年，正式改建为大学。它是一所现代化的综合大学，由联邦政府直接管辖，是澳大利亚综合实力名列前茅的大学之一，以优良的教学和雄厚的师资力量在国际上享有相当高的知名度。大学教学模式灵活多样，开设的学位课程国际公认，其中包括会计学、工商与信息技术等。

university on Canberra is one of the emerging universities in Australia. Its history can be traced back to 1967, when Australia established its first college for higher vocational education and English training In 1990 it was officially rebuilt as a university. It is a modern comprehensive university under the direct jurisdiction of the federal government.It is one of the best comprehensive universities in Australia and enjoys a high reputation internationally for its excellent teaching and teaching staff The university teaching mode is flexible and diverse and the degree courses offered are internationally recognized,including accounting business and information

technology and visual arts.

 在两位书记的陪同下，来宾参观了小学部、中学部、幼儿园、实验室以及体育馆。来宾们还走进小学课堂，与孩子进行了亲切互动。

Accompanied by two vice-principals,the guests visited the primary school,secondary school,kindergarten,laboratory and gymnasium.The guests also walked into the primary school classroom and had a cordial interaction with the children.

 学术交流在13楼会议室举行。双方就各自教育理念，办学成果等进行了交流。

  The academic exchange meeting was held in the conference room on the 13^th floor.The two sides exchanged views on their respective educational concepts and achievements in running schools.

 来宾们与帕丁顿师生在501会议室进行直面交流。同学们积极发言提问，堪培拉大学的老师结合具体问题进行了针对性的解答和交流。活动结束后，同学将自己亲手写的书法作为礼物送给来宾。

Guests and Paddington students met face-to-face in conference room 501.Students spoke actively and asked questions.Teachers from the university of Canberra answered and exchanged specific questions.After the activity,the students presented the calligraphy works written by themselves as gifts to the guests.

 本次学术交流圆满举行，和国外大学的交流是对帕丁顿教育事业的有力支持。学校将以此为契机，充分利用堪培拉大学的资源，优势互补、相互扶持、共同推进，打造区域教育的品牌，切实推进我校与国际知名学校的教育文化融合、努力营造帕丁顿教育新局面。

This academic exchange was held successfully , and the exchange with foreign universities was a strong support for Paddington's educational cause. The school  will take this opportunity to make full use of the university of the Canberra’s resources, complement advantages, mutual support,common progress,to create a regional education brand,effectively promote the integration of education culture of our school and be an internationally renowned school, and also will strive to create a new situation of Paddington education.
