我的“ 心‘晴’故事”心理健康月主题活动开展

5月春光明媚,一年一度学校心理健康月拉开序幕,本次活动主题:我的国·我家,我的“心‘晴’故事 ”,以学生为主体,聚焦学生健康心态,以学生讲述自己的“ 心‘晴’故事”为主要特色,鼓励学生进行积极的自我探索,展示新时代学生理性平和、积极向上的精神风貌和心理健康教育工作的创造性,向建国70周年献礼。

May spring is bright and beautiful, the annual school mental health month opens. The theme of this activity is: my country, my family, my story, focusing on students' healthy mentality, with students telling their own story as the main feature, encouraging students to carry out positive self-exploration, demonstrating that students in the new era are rational, peaceful and positive. The creativity of mental outlook and mental health education is attributed to the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

心理健康教育工作贯彻“以预防和发展为主,以干预和咨询为重”总体发展思路。通过对特殊学生心理现象的解析,增强宣传普及心理健康知识的实效,进一步推进普及心理常识、传授心理调适方法、介绍心理保健途径的工作,逐步做好“五个坚持”,即坚持心理健康教育与思想教育相结合、坚持普及教育与个别咨询相结合、坚持课堂教育与课外活动相结合、坚持教育与自我教育相结合、坚持解决心理问题与解决实际问题相结合,逐步培养学生良好的心理素质和健全的人格,使我校的心理健康教育工作逐年上一个台阶。

Through the analysis of the psychological phenomena of special students, we should strengthen the effectiveness of publicizing and popularizing mental health knowledge, further promote the work of popularizing mental common sense, imparting psychological adjustment methods and introducing mental health care approaches, and gradually do a good job of the "Five Persistences", that is, to adhere to the combination of mental health education and ideological education, to adhere to the combination of universal education and individual counseling, and to adhere to classroom education and lessons.
