帕丁顿校园心理危机预防与干预安全领导小组常规工作会议召开

为进一步强化应对校园心理危机的预警意识与操作流程,于2019年4月25日中午在校长办公室召开了“校园心理危机预防与干预安全工作领导小组”例会,本次会议从几个方面部署沟通,加强了校园心理危机安全工作的管理与实操。

In order to further strengthen the early warning awareness and operational process of coping with the campus psychological crisis, Shanghai Paddington Bilingual School held the meeting of the Leading Group of Campus Psychological Crisis Prevention and Intervention Safety in the principal's office on the noon of April 25, 2019. This meeting was mainly from several aspects of detailed communication, and further refined the management and operational ability of Campus Psychological Crisis safety work.


领导小组各岗位人员进一步讨论落实职责分工及相互配合,从细节入手,确保领导小组工作切实可行,扫除责任盲区。

The leaders of the leading group further discuss the implementation of the division of responsibilities and mutual cooperation to ensure that the work of the leading group is feasible and eliminate the responsibility area.

心理老师翁燕岚分析了几个典型案例,引出团队思考,及时转变思路。要依据青少年身心发展的特点,从孩子的角度来看待和理解他们。

Psychological teacher Weng Yanlan has analyzed several typical cases, leading to team thinking and timely change of thinking. According to the characteristics of adolescents' physical and mental development, we should view and understand their crisis from the perspective of children, not from the perspective of adults.

心理老师还根据近几年全市青少年校园心理危机的特点,为老师们重点讲解了这些案例中危机的诊断、鉴别和干预的基本思路及方法,提供了可量化、可操作的科学依据。

Psychological teachers also explain the basic ideas and methods of crisis diagnosis, identification and intervention in these cases according to the characteristics of campus psychological crisis of adolescents in recent years, and provide a scientific, quantifiable and operable perspective.

唐敏跃校长肯定了本次安全工作例会的重要性,针对本次会议还提出了几点建议,切实关注学生面对的心理压力,从各方面给予了强有力的支持。

President Tang affirmed the importance and continuity of this meeting on safety work, and put forward some suggestions for this meeting. He paid close attention to the psychological pressure faced by students and gave strong support from all aspects.

德育分管领导诸海萍总结,提出了几点具体要求。校园心理安全工作需要全校教师队伍一起积极行动起来,带领我们的家长一起,为了孩子们身心健康发展一起努力。

Teachers in charge of moral education summarized and put forward several specific requirements. Campus psychological safety work requires the whole school teachers to take active action together, to lead our parents to progress together, and to work together for the healthy development of children's physical and mental health.
