为进一步加强家校之间的联系，促进学校与家庭、教师与家长的有效沟通，更好地形成教育合力。11月22日下午，沐浴着冬日的暖阳，我校召开了小学部一到五年级“沟通心灵，共同成长”的家校交流会。

此次家长会，学校领导高度重视，各班主任与任课老师也都精心准备：干净整洁的教室，精美的板画，各科资料的有序摆放，都是对家长最诚挚的欢迎。

In order to strengthen the relationship between families and schools on the afternoon of November 22nd, our school held a parents meeting for the first to fifth graders, “Connecting souls and growing together”.

The school leaders stressed the significance of this parent meeting and ensured that the class teachers prepared thoroughly for their presentations: cleaned and tidied up their classrooms, have exquisite board paintings, and structured  materials and resources.

会上，各科老师针对半学期以来学生在校的的学习生活以及存在的一些问题做了详细的讲解和分析，并指出家庭教育对学生成长的重要性。班主任还深入浅出地通过一个个生动的教育案例向家长传递学校的办学理念，并呼吁家长与学校要携手共进，形成教育合力，这样才能更好地促进学生的全面发展。

At the meeting, teachers made detailed explanations and analysis of their student's study life and some problems , and pointed out the importance of home education for the growth of students. The class teacher also explained the teaching values to parents through vivid educational cases, and urged parents and to work together with the school to better promote the development of students.

此外，学校对起始年级的学生尤为重视。小蜜蜂翁燕岚老师针对一年级新生入学后容易出现的一些情况和常见的问题给一年级家长开展了一次生动的心理讲座。互动答疑环节翁老师有针对性地给出了很多建议，让原本还有一些紧张情绪的家长找到了方向。

In addition, the school pays particular attention to students in the first grade , when Miss Weng gave a vivid psychological lecture to the first graders parents who had some problems. In the interactive Q & A session, Miss Weng gave a lot of suggestions , so for those parents who were nervous and unsettled, found their way.

学籍张老师借此机会也详细给五年级家长讲解了毕业班学籍工作相关事宜。针对我校本市户籍和非本市户籍家长进行分类解读、答疑，耐心讲解到家长明白为止。

Miss. Zhang also explain the issues of student registration to the fifth graders parents and patiently explained until the parents understood.

最后，校长唐敏跃做了总结性发言，期望各位家长能够更好地关注自己的孩子，多跟孩子、跟老师沟通，家校共育，凝心聚力，做孩子成长路上的坚实后盾。

此次家长会，构建了家校合作教育的平台，拉近了家校的距离，加强了家长和老师的沟通，相信在家校共同努力下，帕丁顿双语学校的孩子一定能够更加全面、健康的发展。

Finally, principal Tang made a concluding speech, hoping that parents could pay more attention to their children, communicate more with their children and teachers, co-educate with families and school, to be a solid backing for children's growth.

This parent meeting formed a platform, narrowed the distance between families and the school, strengthened the communication between parents and teachers. We believe that the children of Paddington bilingual school will be more comprehensive and healthy.
