“你是一树一树的花开，是燕在梁间呢喃，你是爱，是暖，你是人间的四月天！”孩子就像阳光，温暖和滋润着父母的心田，而老师和父母的心一样，希望孩子健康成长。4月26日，帕丁顿双语学校精心筹备并成功召开了2018学年第二学期期中家长会。这是一次促进家校联系，共创美好育人环境的家校见面会。

“You’re the blooming flowers over the trees.You’re a swallow twittering between the beams.Full of love,full of warm hope.You’re the spring of the world!”Children are like sunshine, and they warm and moisten their parents' hearts. Teachers and parents all hope that the kids grow up healthily. On April 26, the Paddington Bilingual School well organized and successfully held the mid-term parents' meeting in the second semester of the 2018 academic year. This is a home-school meeting to promote family-school links and create a better educational environment.  

本次家长会在各班教室举行。各班班主任在会前针对班级实际情况，制定了适合班级的会议主题并精心布置了会场，旨在营造一个美好和谐的交流环境。会上，班主任就本学期开学以来的学校工作、班级活动及学生在校表现，向家长做了详细的汇报。任课老师与家长分享了本次期中考查的结果，对学生在学习中存在的一些问题，给予了家长一些具体的有针对性的家庭教育。同时，就家长应如何更好地配合学校做好孩子们的教育工作交流了看法。

The parents' meeting was held in each classroom. In order to create a beautiful and harmonious communication environment,each class teacher formulated a meeting theme suitable for the class and carefully arranged the meeting venue. At the meeting, the class teacher made a detailed report to parents on the school work, class activities and students' performance since the beginning of this semester. Teachers shared the results of the mid-term examination with the parents , and gave parents some specific advice on some problems existing in students' learning. At the same time, teachers and parents exchange opinions on how to adjust one’s own role well as parents to cooperate with the education of the school.

会后，许多家长纷纷表示此次家长会让他们受益良多，他们在如何尊重和关爱孩子，培养孩子的好习惯方面受到了大的启发。为了孩子的进步和发展，他们对孩子的教育将更注重理性和方法，与教师和学校将更注重沟通和配合，共同为孩子的健康成长保驾护航！

After the meeting, many parents said that they would benefit a lot from this parents’ meeting. They were greatly inspired by how to respect their children, care for their children and cultivate their children's good habits. For children's progress and development, they will pay more attention to rationality and methods in their children's education, and pay more attention to communication and cooperation with school.
