“班主任是世界上最小的主任，却担负着最大的责任。”在教育的道路上，懵懵懂懂的孩子像是茫茫大海中的航船，最需要人领航，又像巍巍悬崖边试飞的雏鹰，需要给予关爱，而班主任就是学生生命历程中果敢而又睿智的一名船长、一只雄鹰。

"The class teacher is the smallest director in the world, but has the biggest responsibility." During the course of education, ignorant children are like the ship in the vast sea that need to be piloted,and also like a baby eagle flying over a cliff who need to be given love. The class teacher is a courageous and wise captain as well as a eagle in the course of student’s life.

一学期的时光在指缝中悄然流逝，“采得百花成蜜后  为谁辛苦为谁甜”2018学年第二学期中学部班主任总结交流会于6月24日在501召开。本次会议由中学部德育主任李佳燕主持，唐敏跃校长、顾行健书记、任其兵主任出席了本次会议。

The whole semester slipped away."Happy sailing, wise leadership" , the final summary meeting of the class teachers of the middle school department of the second semester of 2018  academic year was held on June 24 at 501.The meeting was presided over by Li Jiayan, and the principal Tang Minyue, Secretary Gu Xingjian and Director Ren Qibin attended the meeting.

第一环节：猜猜我是谁Part One:Guess who I am在孩子们的心里，总有那么一位老师是令自己感动的，从孩子们的话语中，我们感受到的班主任对孩子们深沉细微的爱，感受到了学生对班主任的感恩。In children's mind, there is always a teacher who makes them touched. Small care for students will affect their behavior and become their eternal memory. Students will be moved and grateful if the teachers really pay for them. Through these two years, I have been loved by students and recognized by parents, which is the greatest happiness.

唐校长指出，班主任的价值正是通过学生的肯定来得到最好的诠释。班主任工作是默默付出的，学会宽容与理解、学会欣赏学生的长处，班主任定会收获更大的幸福。

Principal Tang pointed out that the value of a class teacher is shown by the affirmation of students. The work of the class teacher is paid silently. Learning to tolerate, understand and appreciate the strengths of students, the class teacher will certainly reap greater happiness.

总结是会了更好的启程，班主任工作是辛苦的，同时也是幸福的，相信每一位班主任都会用爱心关爱学生，用责任心完善班主任工作。

Summary will lead to a better start. The class teachers in charge of classes work hard, but also happy. I believe that every teacher in charge of a class will care for students with love and improve the work with a sense of responsibility.
