4月1日，区德育讲师团杨彩芬老师受邀来我校召开了题为《用教育智慧拉近与学生的心理距离》的讲座。杨老师作为一名资深的班主任，用她最真实的例子给我们讲述了她的班主任之路的感悟和收获。

 It is a great honor to invite the teacher of the District Moral Education Lecturer Group to give a lecture on "Bridging the Psychological Distance among Students With Educational Wisdom" to our class teacher. As a senior headteacher Ms. Yang told us about her feelings and harvest of being a headteacher with her own real examples 

 她由学生带早饭事件，深入了解学生家庭背景，追究其深层次的原因去解决，不但让学生感受到了班主任的关爱，又能解决班级问题。她能巧妙地，有策略的解决各种矛盾的产生……给在场聆听的班主任上了生动的一课。

 用我们的积极心态去唤醒我们的学生。成功并非一蹴而就，学生成为所谓的“差生”也不是朝夕所致。要想让学生有所改变需要足够的时间，对学生进行人格熏陶，进行潜移默化的教育。

 班主任工作平凡而繁杂，方法千差万别，形式和任务又千变万化，我们需要在实践中去探索和总结有效的方法和策略，使班级管理工作更上一个新台阶！

The work of headteacher is ordinary but complicated, the methods vary greatly, and the forms and tasks are ever-changing. We need to explore and summarize effective methods and strategies in practice so as to make the class management work to a new level!
